Title: Chen Tai Chi Fan 24 Form Seminar on Wednesday 18th March 2026 1.30pm-4.30pm  Details:Tai Chi Fan is one of the traditional short weapons used in ancient Tai Chi, originally intended for both self-defense and attack. In modern times, however, it is primarily practiced for health benefits and stage performances. The Chen Style Tai Chi Fan 24 Form was originally created by Grandmaster Kongjie Gou with elderly practitioners in mind. It was later refined and expanded by Xianglin, making it accessible and enjoyable for people of all ages. The form can be performed slowly and gently or with speed and power, offering a dynamic and engaging experience. In this seminar, Xianglin will provide comprehensive instruction—covering everything from basic fan handling techniques to the detailed movements of the full form.
