Title: Chen Style Tai Chi Fan 24 Form Details: Tai Chi Fan is one of the Tai Chi short weapons in the old days, which was mainly used for self-defence but also for attacking, however in the modern days, Tai Chi Fan has been mainly used for the health purpose and/or for a stage performance. Chen Style Tai Chi Fan 24 Form was originally designed by Grandmaster Kongjie Gou for older people, but after modification and extension of Dr Xianglin Li, which is suitable for anybody, where the Form can be played solwly and gently, also be fastly and robustly, and is full of fun and joy.
